Efficient and agile collaboration forms the core element for the success of our projects. For us, agility is not just a buzzword, but an integral part of our project teams' daily routine. Our clients benefit from a single point of contact to our company, made possible by our Product Owners and technical Project Leads, who work in a self-organized, interdisciplinary manner with an international development team of four to five people. The technologies used are customized to each client, as we flexibly adapt to our clients' development environments and provide corresponding guidance. Our approach to IT consulting is slightly more nuanced. Our consultants act as a tandem team for our clients and take on a variety of roles. For example, they manage internal client development teams as Chief Product Owners or interim managers.
